Venus is a pain to find, it hugs the horizon and only appears just before and after sunrise/sunset.
I can get Mars if i go out early enough, it gets pretty high in the sky quickly, and hangs out near the moon around 6.30pm to 7.30pm.
The moon itself is very easy to find, obviously, and i'll try and do something about that when the cloud clears.
I have plans to capture the other planets when they come around. It'll be interesting to try and find Neptune and Uranus as they are so far away, they'll probably appear no more than dots, and I want to snap Jupiter too. But right now these planets are all in the sky during the day so I need to wait a while (3 or 4 months) until they are visible in the night sky.

I think you could get a better picture if you tried to find Mars,Venus or Moon - the planets that are closest to Earth.

Yeah, it was late, I hadn't done anything, but I'll be dammed if I miss a review friday!
So the only thing I could think about was the bus.
