Review Friday: Uhm…

Okay.. it’s 23:47 on Friday (as I write this). I’ve had a hard day at work.. What do I look at?

*stares at his desk*

Soft Mints! Like I planned all along… Bwhahha

For those who aren’t aware soft mints combine chewing gum with a mint. At first they are hard, like a smartie or an M&M. Then after a few seconds (or anytime upto a minute, depending on the temperature) they become like chewing gum. Then a bit later they go past chewing gum and end up like eating blu-tack. It can get stuck all round your teeth and on the roof of your mouth.. JUST DON’T STOP CHEWING.

They are nice to chew as there is nothing to dispose of after like gum. The sometimes lack the power of other mints though. They are widely available (WH Smiths, Woolworths and most newsagents to name a few).

Pros

  • Freshens breath
  • Nothing to dispose of (unlike gum)

Cons

  • Sometimes not strong enough (try Trebor EXTRA Strong)
  • Price varies (from 42p to 55p, not even a little difference)

Well, that’s another random and unplanned review done.

Keep chewing,

Jason
