Disregard for safety
Okay, what is it with matcho gun wielding people in movies leaving unconscious women lying around?
I watched Demolition Man on TV the other night. The main character (a cop who supposedly killed 30 hostages when he blew up a building who was then frozen as his punishment) knocks the female second character unconscious and leaves her.
LEAVES HER IN A BASE FULL OF UNCONSCIOUS (well some were dead, but I doubt they all were) BAD GUYS.
They’re angry, injured. They’ll be on the look out for anyone to get some revenge on. That’s just asking for trouble.
Hell, it’s not even the gun wielders. They do the same in back to the future (the second one). They leave that girl on a dumpster in an alley, asleep. Some thug could just come along and take advantage of the situation.
It’s just plain stupid, and I don’t think anyone, regardless of how matcho and tough they are would actually leave an unconscious person somewhere unless they know it’s safe. Or at least has a lock or something.
