… are a bitch to compose. But they can look stunning when they’re finished. Mine didn’t =/
The below image is composed of 4 shots taken with my N95 while I was in Lyme Regis today. It’s been a long weekend, traveling to and from Devon, so I’ll just post this one now, although I’ll stitch and adjust some more huge images and post those into the gallery over the next week.
Thee below image was semi-automatically stitched together by a program called DoubleTake for Mac OS X. I had to adjust some rotation on a couple of shots to make the horizon line up, then crop and rotate the final image in another editing package. The colours are all out, as I left the N95 in ‘auto’ mode, which means it changed the white balance and altered a few other settings, so the colour looks different across the image, which kind of ruins it. That and you can see where it’s stitched (in two places anyway).
